No, and that is deliberate. Worklenz manages existing client relationships through delivery: projects, hours, budgets, invoices, and a client portal. A CRM module is on the roadmap. For sales pipeline today, teams pair Worklenz with a dedicated CRM.

How does the client portal work?

You invite a client to their portal, and they see live status for their projects: tasks, milestones, and progress. They cannot see internal comments, team workload, or any other client's data. There are no per-client fees for portal access.

Can I see whether a client is profitable?

Yes. Billable hours and costs accumulate against each client's projects, so per-account reports show revenue against the time actually spent. Retainers that quietly consume double their budget become visible in one chart.
