What is agency management software?

Agency management software runs the operational side of an agency in one system: project delivery, time tracking, resource booking, budgets, billing, and client communication. The point is that these are not separate problems. An agency's margin is the gap between the hours it sells and the hours it spends, and you can only see that gap when delivery data and financial data live together.
